Project coordination line

When one interior finishes contractor does all the finishing works this boils down to a greater advantage: perfect coordination. The in-house policy on cooperation ensures that all procedures are properly coordinated while one central information matrix groups and screens all relevant data. Arising interdisciplinary problems related to activities from different fields are efficiently handled by our coached team. Such coordination capabilities enable the MNA International Group procurement team to work with adequately detailed breakdowns of the needed elements; this, in return, ensures effective separate sourcing of each item and results in extremely competitive prices for the best products. Lastly the concept even allows harmonic work sequences and appropriate scheduling for the follow-up on the building site. Our main office, seat of engineers acting as our electromechanical department coordinators, provides the sites with the support required to secure the best possible composite drawings at ceilings, floors and elevations. The final result is eventually a coordinated product, complete with integrated services, pleasing all parties involved in its realization.
Construction management

Construction management line

The company has an extensive number of projects to its credit, including development of large housings, hospitals, hotels, banks, prestigious commercial and government buildings, mixed-use high-rise buildings and refurbishment of luxury interiors as well as decoration of palaces. At MNA, it is a standard practice to apply engineering techniques of rigorous value to every project, with the result of deriving optimal options from thorough analysis of all aspects of design and construction. This maximizes performance and value of the project to the client's definitive advantage.

Engineering department line

Our Beirut-based engineering department assists the client by putting team-oriented, responsive, innovative and skilled engineers and architects at the service of the project. Their invaluable experience with installation methods, quality control plans, safety plans, technical calculations etc. is constantly up-to-date and their dispatch directly to the project sites assures the proper sharing of engineering feedback. A large technical records library consequential to this service, is available at our head office.

Design department

Design department line

An important component of our head office in Lebanon is that a, design department supplies the project with comprehensive support concerning design development, shop drawing production, quantity take-offs, etc. It also offers complete design proposals and even solutions to incomplete designs, e.g. the choice of materials and color schemes or the fixing of overlooked details.

Procurement departmentline

MNA International Group has formed an extensive worldwide network able to supply our procurement department with the needed resources, from the most fitting sources and for all requirements of a project. A hub that supports all our other sections, the procurement department is vital to any project, from the sourcing stage through the placing of orders to the follow-up on the building site.
Of course the procurement is not limited to materials: the back up team in our head office in Beirut also provides specialists for finishing activities who assist in inspecting the suppliers and manufacturers, in securing proper quality and in fulfilling delivery schedules. Therefore, they constantly screen the suppliers' situation concerning the project's requirements, minimizing setbacks.
